At Grunwald, we are committed to advancing new packaging materials and assessing their reliability. To ensure optimal performance, we conduct rigorous testing at our technical centre, focusing on the sealing and tightness of these materials.


Our HITTPAC rotary machine is used for comprehensive and meaningful endurance tests on new packaging materials, often provided by our customers. For smaller filling series or laboratory tests, we use the SEALMAT hand sealer, perfect for initial trials and evaluations.


Once sealing tests are completed, the packaging undergoes a thorough leak test, followed by a peel force measurement. This process ensures that the sealing plate is both secure and easy for consumers to open, balancing tight sealing with user convenience.
