We have highly skilled service engineers available who have all undergone rigorous training at the factory in Germany on all of the equipment we supply, and who all have at least 5 years’ industry experience. We can offer more extensive training programmes where required, and produce a complete training module for all of your engineers.

Customer Service

Through our UK Spares and Servicing Department, Grunwald aim to offer the highest level of after sales customer care. Grunwald Ltd have adopted a ‘15 year plus, total life cycle provider’ policy for all machine sales, backing the quality of the machines as well as developing relationships with customers that will last the lifetime of the machine and beyond.

Spares, Pricing and Convenience

Our Spares and Servicing desk is UK-based, as is our team of engineers. We stock several consumable items (bearings, bushes, pneumatic cylinders, sensors etc) at very competitive prices, offering value and the convenience of a 'one-stop shop'. As well as the stock we keep, our key suppliers have the ability to issue certain parts to site in hours instead of days. This means that same day deliveries are now possible on certain consumable items.

Quality

The spares we supply are premium quality and are the recommended parts for your machine, ensuring high performance and making sure that your machine runs to its maximum efficiency. We also offer project management services to ensure new lines are set up to the highest standards.

Key Account Management

We have a dedicated Key Account Manager who will be responsible for visiting all our customer sites on a 3-month rotation to discuss spares and/or servicing requirements, change parts projects, on-site operator/engineer training and any other requirements or questions you might have.

Service Contracts

We offer service contracts to our customers to ensure machine longevity and avoid potentially costly breakdowns. With regular site visits we check machine integrity and highlight potential replacement parts needed in the future or identify areas of concern. Service contracts are run on a 12-month basis and customers have the option of paying for these monthly, quarterly or half yearly.

Grunwald GmbH also offer a hotline facility for a nominal annual fee which offers you online support from the factory in Germany (provided you have an active online connection to your machine) and you can subscribe to this offer as a standalone option or tag it onto your service contract. With this facility a German engineer can remotely access your machine for fault diagnosis, problem-solving and make any necessary modifications or software changes.

Change Parts

Grunwald have a dedicated projects team to assist with the upgrading and changing of existing lines for new product developments.
