UK Hotline*
Grunwald Ltd are launching a new, UK-based hotline number for all our customers based in the UK and Ireland. This number is now being extended to all our customers and not just customers with a Core Contract Plus (CCP) and will be available from 1 December, 2023.
This facility will provide a dedicated telephone support service which will put customers in touch with a fully trained Grunwald Ltd engineer.

The hotline number is available on a pay-as-you-go basis, as part of a standalone subscription, or included in a CCP subscription.
Costs for the UK Hotline are as follows:
• Subscription option for CCP customers - £1,200 per year
• Subscription option for non-CCP customers - £3,600 per year
• As-and-when use of the hotline for non-subscribers - £150 per incident and £50 per 30 minutes thereafter. A PO number will need to be provided when contacting the hotline.
