Pita Bread Fries
You will need:
Pita Bread
Drizzle (tablespoon) of olive oil.
Salt (teaspoon)
Parsley (teaspoon)
Paprika (tablespoon)
Air Fryer
Method:
Pre heat the air fryer on 160 Degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
Cut your pitas into French fry shapes.
Put them into a mixing bowl or tray and lightly drizzle olive oil.
Add your spices in.
Mix it so the oil and spices are evenly spread over the pita fries.
Place them into your air fryer still at 160 degrees Celsius for 12-13 minutes, then stop and shake the basket every 3-5 minutes to make sure they are cooking evenly.
After 12-13 minutes they are ready.
Serve hot with Houmas.
